Rick Dolphens, President and Founder, has over 35 years of experience. Rick is a published award winning sign maker who has taught classes to professionals in the sign industry all over the country. Shaun Dolphens, Director of Business Development, grew up in the business and brings over 13 years of experience, as well as fresh ideas to help grow the business.
